Un monolocale, un grande sogno

La storia di Arborilla nasce da un’idea, germogliata nel 2017, in un monolocale nella periferia di Milano. Quel seme è diventato un progetto di vita: la costruzione di un’oasi esperienziale.

Per cominciare avevamo bisogno di un luogo strategico e siamo presto tornati a Bologna, la nostra città natale. Strategica, amabile, deliziosa.

Nel 2021 acquistiamo il terreno a Sala Bolognese, e qui inizia la vera storia. Sperimentiamo i primi raccolti di grano e altri cereali. Ci prendiamo cura della terra come se fosse un figlio, e proprio nello stesso anno nasce il piccolo Dante.

La sua energia e gioia di vivere fa crescere in noi l’idea del Children’s Garden, un giardino interattivo a misura di bambino. Trascorrono mesi e mesi di progettazione e scartoffie, viaggi in isole tropicali e ristoranti dietro l’angolo.

Risate e sospiri d’attesa ci portano fino a aprile 2024, con il permesso di iniziare a costruire e far sì che Arborilla possa mettere le sue radici.

Abbiamo appena piantato una Food Forest, con una grande varietà di alberi da frutto che maturano in diversi periodi dell’anno, per avere sempre a disposizione frutta fresca di stagione.

Per arricchire la biodiversità del paesaggio agricolo abbiamo aggiunto un’area di riforestazione, con lo scopo conservativo di piante autoctone tipiche del territorio bolognese.

Ora è in cantiere una Serra tropicale, dove crescere piante rare ed esotiche, per portare nell’oasi nuovi sapori ed esperienze.
